Character Name: Matsuta Baisotei
Age: 18-24
Race: Human (genetically altered)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Shaggy loose brown hair, Blue eyes, handsome facial features and a lean toned body with expertly trained muscles. Usually wears Cargo Pants with a t-shirt and long sleeve shirt underneath. When in an operation he wears a skin tight Tactical suit with pockets and a dark reactive camouflage which reacts to particles of light intercepted by cameras that interpret the area around him making him virtually invisible unless exposed to direct light.[link] off duty clothes
History: Taken for government experimentation in 1995, Matsuta never was really fond of his parents feeling betrayed and disowned. He was genetically enhanced to become an expert assassin for The United States Special Forces. After ten years of torturous treatments and testing to get the genes correct. He was a monster, a man hell-bent on single handedly destroying the human race, on the outside he was calm and collected. The same as the inside. But when he smelled blood, he was always out for more. He would wound a target so that its allies would come to its aid, turning one assassination into four kills. He did this repeatedly until the government figured out his lust for death and tried to terminate him, he managed to escape to southern America with one million dollars in earnings and went under extensive facial reconstruction. Nobody knows of his exact whereabouts now. Except he is on a blood trail to find the man who ordered him dead and he is taking odd jobs from different crime families.
Personality: Usually collect and silent, keeps to himself. Usually feels desperate or alone, if he happens to find someone that perks his interest. He stalks them and kills them as if they were another piece of prey.
Weaknesses: Strong weakness for children and women.
Weapon: Carries one G-36 assault rifle with silencer/flash suppressor, 4 grenades, three backup rifle clips and twin Heckler and Koch 9mm pistols. As well as a .308 caliber sniper rifle of his own creation. This new rifle infuses each bullet with an element or energy type creating a spell gun. He is able to do this because during the experiments he was granted the unknown ability to cast certain spells of augmentation and healing.
Other: He is technically a spell caster and a fighter. Likes to keep range to his advantage but can work well in close combat. Seme 90% can be uke on rare occasions

Character Name: Corinne Liber
Age: 20-29
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Appearance: thin and lean, large chested, long black hair. About 5’8” 160 lbs
History: Pain. Pain is all she has ever known. Pain is what has made her strong. She climbed to the top of the Black Ring’s ladder while shedding blood. The Black Ring is the one organization that controls 99% of the world’s criminal activities. And Corinne is sitting on top governing it with her powers of perception and her deadly skills.
Personality: Usually cold and severe, has no moral or emotional attachments. Views the world as one big sandbox full of money that’s hers to take
Weaknesses: If she is paired with the right person she can be very submissive. Otherwise goodluck on shooting her down
Weapon: One high caliber assault rifle, one 9mm pistol, two grenades (one concussion and one fragmentation) Two combat knives and between three and four ‘Orbs of Destruction’ (grenades on steroids.)
Other: IMPORTANT Her story line can easily be swapped with Matsuta! As well as Matsuta having this story line, yes I designed them this way DEAL WITH IT!
